Organisational development for businesses and organisations
Book an organisational development programme for your business or organisation, focusing on consciousness, relationships and collaboration.
Consciousness in relationships and collaboration
Organisational development through consciousness, to become self-aware in relationships and collaboration.
Science tells us that humanity has a consciousness of only 20-40%. This means that 60-80% of our behaviour comes from an unawareness that lies at the unconscious level.
That is why it is important that we begin to learn through consciousness, because the education system and books shut consciousness out. This is why the level of consciousness is so low today.
Learn new communication skills that bridge body, mind and soul, and in doing so transform both individual and organisational development processes.
