What data do we process?
- When you contact us via the form, email or phone: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write to us.
- When you book coaching, online learning or a programme: booking and payment take place via our partner EasyMe (easyme.dk/ezme.io), which processes your data in accordance with EasyMe's privacy policy.
- When you book a lecture: contact details and billing details for you or your organisation.
- When you visit the website: our web host records technical information such as your IP address, the time of your visit and your browser type in server logs, for operational and security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and preparing an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
- To deliver the services you have ordered. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To comply with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven) on keeping accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To run and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long do we keep your data?
Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and are no longer relevant. Accounting records such as invoices are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data. We use the following suppliers:
- Simply.com: web hosting and email (data processor).
- EasyMe: booking of and payment for coaching and online learning.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): only if you consent to external media and play the video.
Cookies
This website does not use any cookies for statistics or marketing. We only store your cookie choice locally in your browser. If you consent to "External media", you can play our YouTube video directly on the page. The video is only loaded from YouTube when you press play, and YouTube may then set cookies.
Overview
- ce_samtykke (local storage): Necessary. Remembers your cookie choice so that we do not ask you again. Stored until you delete it in your browser or change your choice.
- YouTube cookies (e.g. YSC and VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE): External media. Set only by YouTube, if you have given your consent and play the video. Read Google's privacy policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button above or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we process about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, have it restricted and receive a copy of your data (data portability). Contact us at info@cosmosevolution.com.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.datatilsynet.dk.
